Secret Sacred Sound Bath: "Your Presence is the Present"

We invite you to a Sacred Secret Sound Bath where we will "unwrap" our presence together. Let’s share the ways we are becoming more intentional, more grounded, and more alive in every moment of this beautiful journey. There will be light refreshments as we take part in a heart opening cacao ceremony, we will journey through sound and release all that is keeping you from spending time unwraping your presence in the present moment. We will get gounded with a special exercise that will help you to experience planted presence (think soil/seeds/potting). Most importantly we all have something that is wrapped up in us that once found should be shared. Come and explore what gifts you are made of and how to tap into them for your highest good. Also, dress comfy in clothes you can be flexible in for intuitve movement.
