Children's Salt Session

Service Description

This 20 minute salt session is offered at a lower salt level, gentle for your child. This session is recommended for ages 11 and under and those who need a lower exposure. Ages 12 and up may attend a regular salt session. An adult is required to accompany the child into the salt room (up to 2 children per 1 adult). In children's sessions seating may be in chairs or on yoga mats or bolsters, zero gravity chairs are not guaranteed. You are welcome to bring quiet activities into the salt room for your child, but no electronic devices.
